Relief fund to support ukraine

The following design was created for the relief fund supporting Ukraine. It was crucial for client to focus on community support and cultural identity more than create a picture attracting attention to the aggressive aspects of the war. The fund is collecting donations to forward it through the organization’s networks to Ukrainian cities and support Ukrainians forced to relocate. There is a tradition in Ukraine to greet honorable guests with a bread placed on the embroidered towels (rushnik), so I took this idea and transformed it to reflect people holding their community symbolized by a picture of home.
